6. Project Discovery and Client Relationships
Submitting a Project Discovery form, contacting Heir Labs, or requesting a project does not create a client relationship and does not mean Heir Labs will accept, scope, build, or support a project. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
7. Separate Client Agreements
These public website Terms do not replace or govern future client agreements, statements of work, SaaS or subscription agreements, support agreements, or other contracts. If you enter into a separate agreement with Heir Labs, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heir Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website.
